Gaofu Fine Vibrating Separator for Metal Powder

Simple introduction:

S49-A series three-D rotary vibro grader machine use upright motor as the source of vibration, equipped eccentricity hammer on the both sides of motor, change circumrotate to level, upright and incline movement, then pass these three movement to the surface of the screen. Adjust the phase angle on the both sides of the top and bottom to change the movement orbits of the surface screen.

Installation and adjustment of vibrating screen:

1, to remove the transport support before it used, transportation support in the spring to fixed between the upper and lower, to prevent damage during transport.

2, vibrating screen should be placed on horizontal surface, the level to be smooth and even.

3, Electrical connection, note that the lower part of hammer vibrating motor should rotate counter-clockwise (Because of lack of phase vibration motor running that cause damage the Company is not responsible)    

4, adjust the material trajectory
